OUR MISSION
“Une pour Toutes” is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to raise awareness, educate, and engage students, citizens, and local communities in the preservation of biodiversity through concrete, measurable, and community-based actions.
It establishes “biodiversity bubbles” in schools, public spaces, and communities, combining active learning, eco-friendly infrastructure, workshops, monitoring systems, and scientific data.
Each “biodiversity bubble” begins with native and honey-producing plant species selected based on the site’s soil and exposure, which are planted together with the students.
It then relies on biodiversity infrastructure, the Betterfly Home and Betterfly Hotel—designed to welcome wild pollinators and beneficial wildlife, and manufactured in Belgium by a sheltered workshop and local artisans.
The “biodiversity bubble” doesn’t end with establishment: air-quality sensors and a standardized monitoring protocol make it possible to observe, season after season, what is actually taking root.
Students collect authentic data, which is analyzed in collaboration with our scientific partners. Finally, a series of workshops trains students and educational teams so that the “biodiversity bubble” continues to thrive long after we’ve left.
The program thus combines an initial assessment, collaborative planning, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing evaluation of results, and provides each school with an annual progress report.
The organization thus forges a link between education, on-the-ground action, and the generation of scientific data, with the goal of establishing a network of “biodiversity bubbles” that have a measurable and sustainable impact.

Our history
“Une pour Toutes” was born in the midst of lockdown, at a time when everything had come to a standstill—except for nature.
During the COVID pandemic, the streets emptied, and something unexpected happened: the birds began to sing, the insects returned, and life reclaimed its place. This silence served as a revelation: nature hadn’t disappeared; it was we who had stopped paying attention to it.
From this realization came a conviction: if simply slowing down is enough to bring life back, then every action taken in its favor counts. And the best place to instill this conviction is in school, where an entire generation can learn to observe, understand, and take action.
It’s the butterfly effect that guides everything we do: one action inspires a thousand others.
Our purpose
At “Une pour Toutes,” we firmly believe that protecting biodiversity begins in childhood. By reconnecting children with nature through hands-on experiences, we foster their curiosity, their sense of responsibility, and their ability to take action to preserve life. Each child becomes an agent of change within their school, family, and community.
Through each activity, we instil values of respect for all living things, cooperation and civic engagement, so that children can become tomorrow’s ambassadors for nature.
